  3. On the given page, select “Next” and then choose to register for MFA
  4. It’s time to install the authenticator app on your mobile device
  5. To serve this purpose, please go to aka.ms/authapp from your mobile device
  6. After installing the Microsoft Authenticator App, open it
  7. Now, set up the app as you are prompted on your screen
  8. Then, head to your computer and select “Next”
  9. Again, take your mobile device and select “Scan QR Code”
  10. Select “Next” on your computer when your mobile’s camera is ready
  11. Scan the QR code as you usually do and select “Confirm”
  12. On your mobile device, select “Approve” as and when prompted
